Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition or gently used and were purchased within the last 45 days from our online store or a physical boutique.

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label or QR code.

• 3.
  Package Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
