Are your products 100% cruelty-free?

Yes, we have never tested our products or ingredients on animals and we are Leaping Bunny certified. We believe that beauty should be animal-friendly.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 45-day return policy for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any of our stores or via mail with the original receipt.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer vegan products?

While many of our products are already vegan, we are currently working toward having our entire product portfolio certified by The Vegan Society by the end of 2023.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and The Body Shop gift cards.

How does the Love Your Body™ Club work?

Our loyalty program allows you to earn points for every dollar spent. Points can be redeemed for rewards, or you can choose to donate their value to one of our charity partners.
